Pollutant Analysis Minimizing Risks is Wild

Mitigation of Risks is Wild

For nearly all buildings constructed before 2000, there's suspicion of the use of hazardous and health-endangering construction materials. Unidentified hazardous and dangerous substances during demolition can lead to unplanned remediation measures, additional disposal services, unwanted construction delays, and unforeseen cost escalations. The lack of information about hazardous substances can jeopardize the health of those involved in the construction project, leading to liability claims against the client.

The objective of processing existing mineral construction rubble into a usable product is endangered by undiscovered hazardous and interfering substances.

Our Services:

Immediate examination of building structures and hazardous substance identification
Core drillings in ceilings, floors, and walls
Recording of building substance, sampling of mineral construction rubble, and potentially hazardous construction materials
Analysis of sample material in accredited external laboratories
Evaluation of laboratory results according to waste and hazardous substance regulations
Compilation of results in a report
Quantification of construction rubble masses generated during demolition
Preparation of a performance specification according to VOB/A (§7)

Your Benefit:

You're informed about potential substance contamination of building substance before demolition. You're aware of your building's condition and can fulfill your legal obligations, which are anchored in:

  • Building regulations (§41)
  • Hazardous substances ordinance (§6, §7, §15)
  • Construction industry regulations (DGUV 101-004, formerly BGR 128)
  • Regulations of the German statutory accident insurance institutions Waste proof ordinance (§7, §15)
  • Construction site regulation (§2) VOB/A (§7)
  • Cost certainty through risk mitigation mentioned above Consultative support on disposal issues
