With the Max Wild horizontal drilling engineering, you can process jobs more economically than with conventional methods such as open construction or other laying techniques. With process-controlled horizontal drilling rigs, our specialists lay underground pipelines for oil, gas, water, wastewater, electricity or telecommunications – precisely, quickly and in an environmentally friendly manner. There is no need for road scarification and excavation work, and the groundwater level is not impaired.
And this is how the controlled horizontal drilling works:
- It all starts with the so-called pilot drilling. Here, the drill head strives through the ground on a precisely calculated route. The location is carried out by means of a special probe. In this way, existing pipes, tree roots or other obstacles can be circumscribed purposeful. In the next step (clearing) the borehole is widened to the required diameter.
- Finally, the last step in the controlled horizontal drilling is the inserting of the pipes.

Thanks to the low weight of only 18 tons and the compact construction of 6.50 x 2.50 meters, we can use our 28-ton drilling rigs absolutely flexibly. With them, we can execute drill holes with a length of up to 600 meters and a diameter of 600 millimeters.

Auch diese Anlage verfügt über die automatische Bohrdatenerfassung. Unsere „Kleine“ kommt immer dann groß raus, wenn auf engstem Raum gearbeitet werden muss, oder wenn der Untergrund nicht besonders tragfähig ist. Mit dem geringen Gewicht von nur 12 Tonnen und einem Bohrradius von 55 Metern bietet Ihnen unser 15-Tonner beides: eine starke Leistung und höchste Flexibilität

Unsere kleine, kompakte und damit auch sehr wendige 4-Tonnen-Bohranlage „Grundodrill “ bewährt sich besonders bei engen Platzverhältnissen und in sandig-lehmigen Böden.
Eine kleine Aufstellfläche und das geringe Gewicht verursachen kaum Flurschäden. Vor allem in schwer erreichbaren Gebieten, wo der Transport von schwerem Gerät problematisch ist, in Wohngebieten, auf schmalen Wegen oder bei Hausanschlüssen, ist unsere 4-Tonnen-Bohranlage das ideale Einsatzgerät. Es bietet dazu eine unglaubliche Reichweite von ca. 100 Metern.
